GMD Properties has a portfolio of carefully selected residential flats in East Kilbride and the village of Eaglesham in East Renfrewshire
Commercial 
GMD Properties Limited acquired a portfolio of several small industrial units from WJD Properties Ltd in East Kilbride to add to their existing properties owned at the same location. These are located in the Old Village of East Kilbride adjacent to Pankhurst Industrial Estate. The Company also has development land at Langlands Square, Langlands Business Park in East Kilbride.
