GMD Properties was established in 2001 as a property investment and letting partnership. 

In 2004, GMD Properties Limited was established to concentrate on commercial & industrial property investment; property development, property trading and property management.

GMD Properties own and manage a portfolio of commercial / industrial properties at two self-contained business park settings in East Kilbride, Glasgow. The company also has land assets and specialise in building new, high-quality commercial premises with a focus towards sustainability and net-zero.
